The Centre Cougars basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Herington Railroaders to 23 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stafford for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 14. Centre will battle a Trojans team coming off a 65-47 non-league win over Flinthills (Rosalia, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 3-1.
