The Neshannock Lancers basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting Mohawk Area Warriors to 29 in the Lancers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Lancers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln for a non-league contest on Monday, December 13. Neshannock will battle a Wolverine team coming off a 55-36 non-league loss to Montour (McKees Rocks, PA). The Wolverine record now stands at 0-2.

The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln (Ellwood City, PA). The Wolverine come into the WPIAL 3A 1 contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Lincoln was routed by Neshannock (New Castle, PA), 62-41, in a non-league contest.
