Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Ridgecroft Rams (Ahoskie, NC) and the host Halifax Academy Vikings (Roanoke Rapids, NC), saw Ridgecroft's basketball squad hold off Halifax Academy by a tally of 52-47.

With the victory, Ridgecroft improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Rocky Mount Academy (Rocky Mount, NC) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 14. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Rocky Mount Academy won 52-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Pungo Christian Academy (Belhaven, NC)
