Ohio High School Basketball - Batavia tops Archbishop McNicholas
December 11, 2023: Batavia, OH 45103 Batavia Bulldogs (Batavia, OH) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Archbishop McNicholas Rockets (Cincinnati, OH), 47-35 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Batavia upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Western Brown (Mt. Orab, OH) to play the Broncos in a Southern Buckeye - American bout on Thursday, December 14. The Broncos come into the bout with a record of 5-0. Western Brown won 46-43 in their recent non-league bout against Loveland (Loveland, OH)
Next up, the Rockets play the Seton Saints (Cincinnati, OH) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 13. Archbishop McNicholas will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Saints come into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 48-32 non-league win over Sycamore (Cincinnati, OH).
