River Mill Jaguars (Graham, NC) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Woods Charter Wolves (Chapel Hill, NC), 38-34 in a league bout.

With the win, River Mill upgrades its record to 4-8 on the season. The Jaguars host Triangle Math & Science (Apex, NC) to play the Tigers in a 1A Central Tar Heel bout on Friday, January 5. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 6-5.

Next up, the Wolves play the Wake Prep Academy Guardians (Wake Forest, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Woods Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
