Virginia High School Basketball - Buckingham overwhelmed by Fluvanna County
December 11, 2023: Palmyra, VA 22963 The Fluvanna County Flying Flucos basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Buckingham Knights to 31 in the Flying Flucos non-league victory on Monday.
The Flying Flucos now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Western Albemarle for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Fluvanna County will battle a Warriors team coming off a 43-39 non-league loss to Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-2.
The Knights (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA). The Statesmen come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Randolph-Henry triumphed over Cumberland (Cumberland, VA), 45-26, in a non-league contest.
