Texas High School Basketball - Mission overwhelms Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest

The Mission Eagles basketball team scored 79 points and limited the host Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest Javelinas to 38 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now possess a 11-5 record. They play next when they travel to Donna North for a non-league game on Friday, December 12. Mission will confront a Chiefs team coming off a 73-22 non-league loss to McAllen (McAllen, TX). The Chiefs record now stands at 5-11.

With the loss, Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest falls to 1-11 on the season. The Javelinas host McAllen (McAllen, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 5A Region IV District 31 outing on Friday, December 19. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 20-0.
