Texas High School Basketball - New Home knocks off Robert Lee
December 11, 2025: New Home, TX 79383 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host New Home Leopards basketball team scored a good 70-61 win over the Robert Lee Steers.
The Leopards (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Roscoe (Roscoe, TX). The Plowboys come into the non-league contest with a 11-0 record. In their last contest, Roscoe defeated Frenship Memorial (Lubbock, TX), 60-57, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Steers battle the New Deal Lions (New Deal, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 13. Robert Lee will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 7-2 record after their 72-56 non-league win over Borden County (Gail, TX).
