With the victory, Yorktown advances its record to 10-6 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Hallettsville (Hallettsville, TX) to meet the Brahmas in a non-league contest on Thursday, December 11. The Brahmas come into the contest with a record of 4-8. Hallettsville lost 66-29 in their recent non-league contest against Burton (Burton, TX)
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Jones Trojans (Beeville, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 12. Goliad will attempt to better on its 6-9 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 6-2 record after their 57-27 non-league win over Shiner (Shiner, TX).
