The Franklin Wildcats basketball squad (Elk Grove, CA), was nudged 43-41 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host St. Francis Troubadours (Sacramento, CA)

With the victory, St. Francis advances its record to 6-0 on the year. The Troubadours travel to Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA) to meet the Eagles in a non-league battle on Friday, December 12. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 2-2.

The Wildcats now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Rocklin for a non-league contest on Friday, December 12. Franklin will battle a Thunder team coming off a 49-16 non-league loss to Laguna Creek (Elk Grove, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 0-2.
