Franklin Wildcats (Elk Grove, CA) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA), 34-21 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Franklin advances its record to 6-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Tracy (Tracy, CA) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Monday, December 15. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 2-6. Tracy lost 48-12 in their recent non-league contest against Liberty (Brentwood, CA)

In their next game, the Bruins battle the Patterson Tigers (Patterson, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 19. Ponderosa will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record.
