Washington High School Basketball - Shorecrest holds off Ballard
December 12, 2022: Seattle, WA 98155 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Shorecrest Scots (Seattle, WA) and the visiting Ballard Beavers (Seattle, WA), saw Shorecrest's basketball squad hold off Ballard by a tally of 65-61.
With the victory, Shorecrest improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Scots host Marysville-Pilchuck (Marysville, WA) to confront the Tomahawks in a 2A/3A Wesco challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Tomahawks come into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Marysville-Pilchuck lost 78-77 in their recent league challenge against Edmonds-Woodway (Edmonds, WA)
Next up, the Beavers confront the Nathan Hale Raiders (Seattle, WA) in a 3A Metro challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Ballard will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 97-59 non-league win over Bellevue Christian (Clyde Hill, WA).
