California High School Basketball - Torres knocked off by Madera
December 12, 2022: Madera, CA 93638 The Madera Coyotes basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Torres Toros to 36 in the Coyotes non-league triumph on Monday.
The Coyotes now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madera South for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Madera will battle a Stallions team coming off a 55-49 non-league loss to Washington Union (Fresno, CA). The Stallions record now stands at 2-3.
The Toros (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Stone Ridge Christian (Merced, CA). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Stone Ridge Christian ran past Waterford (Waterford, CA), 75-35, in a non-league contest.
