California High School Basketball - Clovis crushes Torres
December 14, 2022: Clovis, CA 93611 Clovis Cougars (Clovis, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Torres Toros (Madera, CA), 73-51 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Clovis upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Cougars travel to Fresno (Fresno, CA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 15. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Fresno lost 62-44 in their recent non-league bout against Chavez (Delano, CA)
Next up, the Toros play the Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 15. Torres will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 55-52 non-league win over Kingsburg (Kingsburg, CA).
