Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Fresno Warriors (Fresno, CA) and the visiting Torres Toros (Madera, CA), saw Fresno's basketball squad hold off Torres by a tally of 50-48.

With the victory, Fresno improves its record to 7-15 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Sunnyside (Fresno, CA) to confront the Wildcats in a County/Metro challenge on Wednesday, February 1. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 12-7. Sunnyside lost 66-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Edison (Fresno, CA)
