Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the River Hill Hawks (Clarksville, MD) and the visiting Winters Mill Falcons (Westminster, MD), saw River Hill's basketball squad overcome Winters Mill by a tally of 61-52.

With the victory, River Hill improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Atholton (Columbia, MD) to confront the Raiders in a Howard County challenge on Wednesday, December 14. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Atholton lost 68-49 in their recent league challenge against Wilde Lake (Columbia, MD)

Next up, the Falcons confront the Hammond Golden Bears (Columbia, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 22. Winters Mill will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
