Alabama High School Basketball - Section can't hold off St. John Paul II
December 12, 2022: Huntsville, AL 35806 The St. John Paul II Falcons basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Section Lions to 58 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Monday.
The Falcons now sport a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitesburg Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. St. John Paul II will battle a Warriors team coming off a 68-35 non-league win over Woodville (Woodville, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 9-3.
Next up, the Lions play the Whitesburg Christian Academy Warriors (Huntsville, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Section will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
