January 30, 2023: Section, AL 35771 In Monday's non-league outing, the Section Lions (Section, AL) basketball squad felled the visiting Whitesburg Christian Academy Warriors (Huntsville, AL), by a margin of 67-55.
The Lions (1-10) will now prepare for their outing against Skyline (Scottsboro, AL). The Vikings go into the non-league outing with a 6-5 record.
The Warriors now own a 19-7 record. They play next when they travel to Ider for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 31. Whitesburg Christian Academy will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 67-54 non-league loss to Valley Head (Valley Head, AL). The Hornets record now stands at 2-8.
