Salem Generals (Salem, NY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Argyle Scots (Argyle, NY), 51-21 in a league bout.

With the win, Salem upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Generals travel to Hartford Central (Hartford, NY) to clash with the Tanagers in a Section 2 Adirondack II bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Tanagers go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Hartford Central won 51-15 in their recent league bout against Fort Ann (Fort Ann, NY)

Next up, the Scots clash with the Corinth Tomahawks (Corinth, NY) in a Section 2 Adirondack I bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Argyle will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Tomahawks go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 62-13 league win over Fort Ann (Fort Ann, NY).
