Illinois High School Basketball - Havana can't hold off Quincy Notre Dame
December 12, 2022: Havana, IL 62644 The Quincy Notre Dame Raiders basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host Havana Ducks to 51 in the Raiders non-league victory on Monday.
The Raiders now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palmyra for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Quincy Notre Dame will battle a Panthers team coming off a 51-44 non-league win over Canton (Canton, MO). The Panthers record now stands at 3-0.
The Ducks (9-1) will now prepare for their contest against Rushville-Industry (Rushville, IL). The Rockets come into the non-league contest with a 0-13 record. In their last contest, Rushville-Industry was nudged by Lewistown (Lewistown, IL), 62-32, in a non-league contest.
