The Luther Cougars (Maspeth, NY) basketball felled the visiting Long Island Lutheran Crusaders (Brookville, NY), 59-48 in Monday's league test.

The Cougars (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Cathedral Prep (Elmhurst, NY). The Crusaders go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
