The Platteview Trojans basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Beatrice Orangemen to 46 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Trojans now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gross Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Platteview will battle a Cougars team coming off a 71-48 league loss to Skutt Catholic (Omaha, NE). The Cougars record now stands at 3-2.

The Orangemen (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Malcolm (Malcolm, NE). The Clippers enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Malcolm nudged Platteview (Springfield, NE), 48-45, in a non-league contest.
