The Capitan Tigers (Capitan, NM) basketball knocked off the host Estancia Bears (Estancia, NM), 64-54 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Gateway Christian (Roswell, NM). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Gateway Christian went down by Quemado (Quemado, NM), 50-39, in a non-league test.

The Bears now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Moriarty for a non-league test on Friday, December 15. Estancia will encounter a Pintos squad coming off a 50-37 non-league loss to Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM). The Pintos record now stands at 2-3.
