Garland Christian Academy Swordsmen (Garland, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lakewood Presbyterian Knights (Dallas, TX), 87-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Garland Christian Academy upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Swordsmen host Poetry Community Christian (Poetry, TX) to play the Pioneer in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Pioneer go into the bout with a record of 3-7. Poetry Community Christian lost 66-23 in their recent non-league bout against Yavneh Academy (Dallas, TX)

Next up, the Knights play the Providence Academy Lions (Rockwall, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Lakewood Presbyterian will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
