Nebraska High School Basketball - Nebraska Christian knocked off by High Plains

The High Plains Storm basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Nebraska Christian Eagles to 41 in the Storm non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Storm now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Giltner for a D2 District 3 contest on Friday, December 15. High Plains will battle a Hornets team coming off a 60-34 league loss to Nebraska Lutheran (Waco, NE). The Hornets record now stands at 2-2.

The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Parkview Christian (Lincoln, NE). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Parkview Christian ran past Cornerstone Christian School (Bellevue, NE), 72-43, in a non-league contest.
