The La Salle Institute Cadets basketball team scored 84 points and restricted the visiting Voorheesville Blackbirds to 57 in the Cadets non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Cadets now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cohoes for a Section 2 Colonial - Patriot contest on Tuesday, December 19.

The Blackbirds (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lansingburgh (Troy, NY). The Knights come into the Section 2 Colonial - Liberty contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Lansingburgh triumphed over Cohoes (Cohoes, NY), 57-40, in a league contest.
