New York High School Basketball - La Salle Institute tops Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk
December 9, 2023: Ravena, NY 12143 La Salle Institute Cadets (Troy, NY) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Indians (Ravena, NY), 52-35 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, La Salle Institute upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Cadets host Shenendehowa (Clifton Park, NY) to play the Plainsmen in a non-league bout on Sunday, December 10. The Plainsmen come into the bout with a record of 2-1. Shenendehowa won 68-64 in their recent league bout against Troy (Troy, NY)
Next up, the Indians play the Cobleskill-Richmondville Bulldogs (Cobleskill, NY) in a Section 2 Colonial - Patriot bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 63-54 non-league loss to Lansingburgh (Troy, NY).
