In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting North Polar Bears basketball team scored a decisive 94-43 triumph over the Wachusett Regional Mountaineers.

In their next game, the Polar Bears meet the Maurepas Wolves (Maurepas, LA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, December 20. North will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Wolves enter the match with a 2-7 record after their 50-40 non-league loss to Slaughter Community Charter (Slaughter, LA).

With the defeat, Wachusett Regional moves to 0-1 on the year. The Mountaineers host Leominster (Leominster, MA) to meet the Blue Devils in a Midland-Wachusett A match on Thursday, December 14. The Blue Devils enter the match with a record of 1-0.
