The United South Panthers basketball team scored 86 points and held the visiting Weslaco Panthers to 44 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Palmview for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. United South will meet a Lobos team coming off a 84-38 non-league win over Economedes (Edinburg, TX). The Lobos record now stands at 16-6.
