The Strom Thurmond Rebels basketball team (Johnston, SC), was toppled 60-40 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Aiken Fighting Green Hornets (Aiken, SC)

The Fighting Green Hornets now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dutch Fork for a non-league battle on Monday, December 18.

The Rebels (6-4) will now prepare for their battle against Saluda (Saluda, SC). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Saluda beat Emerald (Greenwood, SC), 43-25, in a non-league battle.
