North Carolina High School Basketball - East Lincoln trounces Ashbrook

December 12, 2023: Gastonia, NC 28054

The East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC) basketball crushed the host Ashbrook Greenwave (Gastonia, NC), 65-10 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Mustangs (6-0) will now prepare for their test against Hibriten (Lenoir, NC). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 6-0 record. In their last test, Hibriten walloped West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC), 66-19, in a non-league test.

The Greenwave now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to South Point for a 3A Big South test on Friday, December 15. Ashbrook will encounter a Red Raiders squad coming off a 55-45 non-league loss to Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC). The Red Raiders record now stands at 2-3.
