California High School Basketball - Horizon Prep can't hold off Classical Academy
December 12, 2023: Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067 The Horizon Prep Lions basketball team (Rancho Santa Fe, CA), was nudged 33-27 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Classical Academy Caimans (Escondido, CA)
The Caimans now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison for a non-league battle on Friday, December 15. Classical Academy will battle a Warhawks team coming off a 38-35 non-league loss to Bayfront Charter (Chula Vista, CA). The Warhawks record now stands at 2-3.
The Lions (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Bonsall (Bonsall, CA). The Legionnaires come into the non-league battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Bonsall was nudged by The Cambridge School (San Diego, CA), 48-4, in a non-league battle.
