Oklahoma High School Basketball - Haskell nips Liberty
December 12, 2023: Haskell, OK 74436 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Haskell Haymakers (Haskell, OK) and the visiting Liberty Tigers (Mounds, OK), saw Haskell's basketball squad hold off Liberty by a count of 34-31.
With the victory, Haskell upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Haymakers host Chouteau-Mazie (Chouteau, OK) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-1.
Next up, the Tigers play the Porter Pirates (Porter, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 15. Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 63-28 non-league win over Mounds (Mounds, OK).
