The New London-Spicer Wildcats (New London, MN) basketball nipped the host Minnewaska Area Lakers (Glenwood, MN), 56-51 in Tuesday's league test.

The Wildcats (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg (Kerkhoven, MN). The Fighting Saints go into the AA Section 3 test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg got by Central Minnesota Christian (Prinsburg, MN), 55-52, in a non-league test.
