The Shelby-Rising City Huskies basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Schuyler Warriors to 30 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Huskies now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McCool Junction for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Shelby-Rising City will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 58-47 non-league win over Sutton (Sutton, NE). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-1.

The Warriors (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lexington (Lexington, NE). The Minutemen enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record.
