The Panama Panthers (Panama, NY) basketball nipped the visiting Southwestern Trojans (Jamestown, NY), 43-38 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Panthers (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Clymer Central (Clymer, NY). The Pirates go into the test with a 3-0 record.

The Trojans now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Portville for a non-league test on Friday, December 15.
