Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Lower Moreland can't hold off New Hope-Solebury
December 12, 2023: New Hope, PA 18938 The New Hope-Solebury Lions basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Lower Moreland Lions to 44 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lions now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to William Tennent for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. New Hope-Solebury will battle a Panthers team coming off a 48-46 non-league loss to Cheltenham (Wyncote, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
The Lions (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Springfield Township (Erdenheim, PA). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
