In Thursday's non-league test, the Americas Trail Blazers (El Paso, TX) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX), by a score of 46-29.

Next, the Trail Blazers encounter the Permian Panthers (Odessa, TX) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 13. Americas will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 9-3 record after their 70-56 non-league win over Estacado (Lubbock, TX).
