Washington High School Basketball - Bethel trounced by Olympia
December 12, 2024: Olympia, WA 98501 Olympia Bears (Olympia, WA) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Bethel Bison (Spanaway, WA), 77-35 in a league match.
With the victory, Olympia advances its record to 5-0 on the year. The Bears travel to Curtis (University Place, WA) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 2-3. Curtis won 57-50 in their recent league match against Sumner (Sumner, WA)
The Bison now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host White River for a non-league match on Monday, December 16. Bethel will face a Hornets squad coming off a 72-71 non-league win over Beamer (Federal Way, WA). The Hornets record now stands at 4-0.
