The Foothill Falcons were victorious over the visiting Spring Valley Grizzlies basketball squad by a final score of 53-40 in Thursday's league battle.

With the victory, Foothill advances its record to 5-4 on the year. The Falcons travel to ALA - Ironwood (Ironwood, AZ) to meet the Warriors in a non-league battle on Friday, December 13. The Warriors enter the battle with a record of 6-1. ALA - Ironwood won 64-50 in their recent league battle against Payson (Payson, AZ)

The Grizzlies now own a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Capital for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 18. Spring Valley will meet a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 59-47 non-league win over Bishop Kelly (Boise, ID). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 5-1.
