December 12, 2024: Pine Bluffs, WY 82082 The Wheatland Bulldogs basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Pine Bluffs Hornets to 46 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Mitchell for a non-league game on Friday, December 13. Wheatland will confront a Tigers team coming off a 61-45 league loss to Alliance (Alliance, NE). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Pine Bluffs falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Hornets host Guernsey-Sunrise (Guernsey, WY) to confront the Vikings in a non-league game on Friday, December 13. The Vikings go into the game with a record of 0-0.
