The Erie Royals basketball team scored 35 points and limited the host Fairview Tigers to 23 in the Royals non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Royals now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Corry for a non-league game on Monday, December 16. Erie will confront a Beavers team coming off a 70-21 non-league loss to Cathedral Prep (Erie, PA). The Beavers record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Fairview falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to McDowell (Erie, PA) to confront the Trojans in a non-league game on Monday, December 16. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 1-0. McDowell won 57-41 in their recent league game against Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA)
