The Shamrock Irish basketball team scored 29 points and limited the host River Road Wildcats to 25 in the Irish non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Irish now have a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to West Texas for a non-league game on Friday, December 13. Shamrock will confront a Comanches team coming off a 54-33 non-league win over Follett (Follett, TX). The Comanches record now stands at 15-3.

With the loss, River Road falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Stratford (Stratford, TX) to confront the Elks in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. The Elks go into the game with a record of 14-1. Stratford won 42-37 in their recent league game against Spearman (Spearman, TX)
