Virginia High School Basketball - Woodside fells Heritage
December 12, 2024: Newport News, VA 23608 The Woodside Wolverines basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Heritage Hurricanes to 50 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wolverines now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Denbigh for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17.
With the loss, Heritage falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Hurricanes host Tabb (Yorktown, VA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 2-0. Tabb won 38-27 in their recent non-league game against Jamestown (Williamsburg, VA)
