In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Stephenson Eagles basketball team scored a close 50-45 triumph over the Bark River-Harris Broncos.

The Eagles (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against North Dickinson (Felch, MI). The Nordics go into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, North Dickinson nipped Carney-Nadeau (Carney, MI), 65-44, in a league match.
