The Plains Cowboys defeated the visiting Sudan Hornets basketball squad by a final score of 60-41 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Cowboys clash with the Abernathy Antelopes (Abernathy, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 13. Plains will attempt to improve on its 11-3 season record. The Antelopes come into the test with a 6-3 record after their 80-39 non-league win over Tatum (Tatum, NM).
