The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Shining Light Academy Knights (Greensboro, NC) and the visiting Shining Light Baptist Academy Sharks (Monroe, NC), observed Shining Light Academy's basketball team knock off Shining Light Baptist Academy by a score of 59-39.

The Knights (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against NC Heat (Greensboro, NC). The Heat come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, NC Heat was outscored by Chatham HomeSchool (Pittsboro, NC), 88-55, in a non-league battle.
