West Virginia High School Basketball - Teays Valley Christian can't hold off South Charleston
December 12, 2025: Scott Depot, WV 25560 The South Charleston Black Eagles nipped the host Teays Valley Christian Lions basketball squad by a final score of 62-60 in Friday's non-league game.
The Black Eagles now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Summit Christian Academy for a non-league game on Saturday, December 13. South Charleston will confront a Falcons team coming off a 68-67 non-league loss to Wyoming East (New Richmond, WV). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Teays Valley Christian falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to George Washington (Charleston, WV) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league outing on Saturday, December 13. The Patriots enter the outing with a record of 0-0.
