California High School Basketball - Foothill can't hold off West Valley

The West Valley Eagles basketball team scored 44 points and limited the visiting Foothill Cougars to 38 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Placer for a non-league game on Saturday, December 13. West Valley will confront a Hillmen team coming off a 57-31 non-league win over Shasta (Redding, CA). The Hillmen record now stands at 9-1.

With the loss, Foothill falls to 5-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to University Prep (Redding, CA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league outing on Saturday, December 13.
