Florida High School Basketball - Lake Howell triumphant over West Port

December 12, 2025: Winter Park, FL 32792

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Lake Howell Silverhawks (Winter Park, FL) and the visiting West Port Wolf Pack (Ocala, FL), witnessed Lake Howell's basketball squad triumph over West Port by a count of 85-62.

With the victory, Lake Howell advances its record to 8-0 on the year. The Silverhawks travel to Gateway (Kissimmee, FL) to meet the Panthers in a non-league match on Thursday, December 18. The Panthers enter the contest with a record of 11-0.

In their next game, the Wolf Pack battle the Newberry Panthers (Newberry, FL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 16. West Port will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 9-1 record after their 92-73 non-league loss to Williston (Williston, FL).
